This is a cute handmade collar . Its made from blue holographic faux leather with an o ring connector and blue bell attached. Collar is 18mm wide and fits 32-42 cms . It has a soft blue/green lining and buckle fastening. Vegan friendly. Any questions feel free to ask :)
