This is a handmade holographic blue faux leather collar with metal loop attachment on the front. Width of collar is 15mm and it fits 13.5 to 18.5 inch though if you would like it trimming down let me know. It has a soft blue/green lining and is vegan friendly. Any questions feel free to ask :)
