This is a handmade holographic blue faux leather collar with 7 acrylic rhinestone studs . There is also a white collar with clear acrylic rhine stone studs. Collar is 15mm side and fits 13 to 18 inch but can be trimmed down upon request, it also has a soft blue green lining. Vegan friendly. Any questions feel free to ask :)
